Their consulting clientele had grown significantly in the last several years, however, their marketing practices were behind. Still operating as a one man shoppe, roles were not clear, processes were not in place, and information was difficult to fine. After an assessment of their needs, I assisted by develop a new file structure for the department and purging or archiving outdated info, developed a proposal process, new client process and identified areas to improve their CRM system.
Upon implementation they are better prepared for all marketing tasks coming their way and as the group expands they have the tools to teach them the ins and outs of their department.
